Re: Supporting a partner in a crisis
Hi @Shaz51 and @outlander
I am OK this weekend, I had a quiet one bbecause it is freezing here, it is snowing a few hours away from where I live.
Been supporting my partner a lot over the weekend as she is struggling with her knee and mental health. Hopefully she can get an op on her knee soon.
Hugs my awesome friends, thank you so much for thinking of me

Re: Supporting a partner in a crisis
That sounds really difficult for you and for your partner. If you are afraid she will take her life, call the ambulance. If the police need to attend as well, then that is a better outcome than her taking her life. She may be upset with you but maybe she is not able to make the best decisions for herself at the moment. Getting her the help she needs is the most important consideration
