The doctor is ok with anti depressants 

But he wants Mr shaz to decrease the anti anxiety meds which he was put on 7 years ago with his breakdown and spent 2 weeks in hospital 

I do agree it needs to be done gently

See how he goes, I know reducing mess made me really anxious from withdrawals, not sure how Mr shaz will go, I hope you can both make your decision, if he feels he can't cope see another doctor.

I am OK, finished Reno on the sun room today  it looks nice.

Yes any changes in anything makes Mr shaz  anxious 

That is why we are thinking of not rebuilding because of the stress

 new ceiling, batons painted throughout, and new blinds. Just waiting on the rest of the blinds across the front.

what a day , crazy , every couple of days mum has a bad day and seems to take it out on me -- can not do anything right and I do nothing  for her , soo sad to see and hear this 

my mr shaz stands up for me , tomorrow will be fine again xxxx until next time

@Shaz51  maybe according to your mum you're not doing anything right, but why is her opinion the correct one? Did you do right by your own values?
