Morning @Former-Member 👋💕
There are a lot of news articles around saying that insomnia is a problem for a lot of people at the moment around COVID-19 isolations. I hope you do gat a lot done today. It can make the pay-off feel a bit more worth it.
I am up to my ears in assignments, but still "nesting" this morning ..... there has been a helluva lot of tidying up to do after our big upheaval and family shift-around ..... so I have been pottering around finding homes for things that still need to be put away, instead of getting on with my assignments just yet.
I unpacked the last box yesterday, but my daughter is bringing more today, presumably, from our art studio space that she and our younger son have fled to ..... still worried about them cos they are both unwell with anxiety and depression.
@saltandpepper how are you going ?

Hello @Purplerain. How are you tonight?
Also how is everyone else?
I've not been coping too well with my little man. He hasn't been sleeping in long stretches at night and I have now developed a fast letdown so breastfeeding has been challenging.

I'm not too bad thanks. How are you? Must be hard having a little one that's not sleeping for long stretches. I'm sure you're doing the best you can.😊

Hello @Faith-and-Hope @Shaz51
so true. A lot of sleep issues.
I haven't been productive uni wise at all.
My day is taken up with homeschool, bit of time out, and cooking, washing etc.
Today I couldn't wake and kept dreaming. I was exhausted.
Im not worried about uni. It will get done eventually.
I feel not great today.
Bordering quite depressed.
This full moon has taxed me. For three days.
I think tomorrow it will lift and curb old worries on trust etc.
We can read a lot on boundaries but sometimes it's hard to know when a whoops moment happens and I should have placed one in.
It sounds great to place new items in your home. I like the chance to redecorate.
It helps lift something inside our outer lives.
Ive read a little on this of late.
Very healing.
I hope your situation is more settled today and worry for other family members isn't so heavy.
Caring types don't switch off I know!
Take care. 🙂❤️💜
