Hi My angel,
You have put a smile on my face this morning, you have made my day
Yes my angel i will help you get through today, i am so proud of you fighting, even when you don't want to, make sure you take @NikNik advice and call the psycologist.
Sorry Karen i didn't manage a walk, i have not for quite a few weeks now, i have IBS and find it very difficult to be too far away from the house. oh i suppose another side effect, or another symptom of the anxiety.
I am planning to go out into the yard today, i hope you have some sunshine, please go out and sit with a cuppa, even if only for a few minutes.
Karen i will be online most of day, i am here for you anytime.
a big virtual bear hug for my best friend

Can I add in a hug - perhaps a group hug?
Karen @hiddenite, glad you're here this. You are right it's another day, a new day.
It's looking like a nice day here in VIC, hope you can get some sunshine, even if it's just opening the curtin to feel the sunshine on your face.
@Jacques you are a great support for @hiddenite, hope you can take her advice and get out for a walk today.

Hi Jacques
I didn't know you suffer from IBS , so do l, it's so difficult going too far away from home. When I say I understand I really do!!!
I tried to contact my Psychiatrist about being taken off a anti depressant, and anti psychotic but she is on holidays. I don't know what to do.
I'm at my parents holiday house the 2 hour drive was awful, having panic attacks while driving here. We were married here, it was the last place I saw him alive and I'm sleeping in the same room where something awful happened.
So I don't need to say how I am I think you already know j.
I'm shaking so much I can hardly type.
Well Jacques please take care I'm so sorry you have to suffer from IBS too, I thought it was just me.
Karen

Hi My angel, well you decided to go. I don't know how you do it, i could not handle being in the same house that something bad happened, wow you are strong, i would run a mile.
Karen i am here to support you, anytime, just leave a message and i will respond when i see it. Can you at least sleep in another room?
Karen make sure you reach out if you become overwhelmed,, i know how hard it is to type when you are shaking so bad, i get it a lot.
Oh yes, i have had IBS since my christmas holliday, it is horrible, i think it is part of my anxiety, i have to go so often when i am away from home. i get so frightened now when i leave the house that i will have "an accident" it has happened 3 times now, twice when i was on my morning walk and once at home. it is so humiliating when i am supposed to be a healthy adult and have these problems.
Well Karen i am here for you, i don't know how you do it.
Take care my angel, be strong
Jacques
