Now. I just got back from Mums but, it's like I'm more accepting of myself because.....I went back to my friend place just down the street from Mums and had another glass of wine. Then, waited 30 minutes, so had drunk 3 glasses of wine in 2 hours and came home.
I've def. got more confidence.
