I have another psych telehealth appointment on Saturday...
I reckon the psych won't be very encouraging as I haven't made any progress..
I tried a few times but the same thing kept happening...
I walked a few houses up then I couldn't go any further ...
I don't know how I am going to get over this problem...
It seems like a waste of time....the psych will give me a lecture
and I have to pay for it and nothing changes
I used to be able to drive and walk by myself - not that far but near where I live walking and I was able to drive to work but that was more than 10 years ago ....
Anyone else here have a similar experience - agoraphobia?

I dont have experience with agoraphobia, but seen many psych's over years. I would say it may be time to change.... I wouldn't want to go to anyone that I felt was going to give me a lecture... not my idea of support.

I agree with @Mel_kids3 . I think not only time to change psychiatrist if you still want to take that route but also a specialist in agoraphobia. Sometimes one thing that may have worked for a while, may no longer work for us. Be true to yourself and take care.

@Powderfinger but it will be hard to find someone else - one of the reasons
I go through this one is they have Saturday appointments as I work Monday to Friday.....and this psych has a lot of 'experience'...been doing it for years
I am on MH plan
I wish my brain was in a better state - if I could do a bit more - drive by myself and do some exercise

I get it. Perhaps you are going to have to try other methods and responses of dealing with his lectures?

@Maggie @greenpea @Mel_kids3 @Appleblossom The telehealth was what I expected....the psych told me no one else can do it I have to do it....
