I am worried about a dear friend who is married with a big family, she is coming apart. Her sister is here thanks be to God, as I am unable to intervene, I hope the sister is able to help where I cannot, her husband is unable to make her see there is a problem.

Hi Neb,
Trying to help someone who doesn't think they have a problem can be pretty stressful. I can only imagined how things could feel even more complicated when they are far away.
Neb, can I ask does your friend have a diagnosis, or has she received help in the past? Also, given this thread is about a friend. Would you like me to move into the Carers' forum where it might get more views from people who might be going through similar circumstances?
