Hi @Former-Member I hope you have managed to doze off.
I am feeling pretty much like you are describing. Its 4.45 am
I phoned CATT team and had they called me back and I had 15 mins of a good conversation but he kept bringing up the time. For me it was important to reach out discuss something that was on my mind. Period. To have a human answer. I dont keep my laptop near my bed as that would be a recipe for disaster, I am getting cold so I will try sleeping again.
Just saying hi.
Take care

Thanks @Appleblossom still here and trying to get through the night. I think I dozed for about half an hour but that is all. Glad you reached out for some help. I emailed but didn't get a reply. It's just been me and my thoughts all night. It got not great at one stage so just stood in my sons room watching him sleep. I still can't find any light and now am just running on empty now. And all morning does is bring another day from hell.

Hi I am back @Former-Member
I think a lot of mothers find themselves looking at their children at times when they are asleep. I do the look for the rising chest and listen the breath.
Yes it can be a sign we are well past our wits end .. for whatever reason. Its also a sign of love.
I am in hell too at the moment. I am agitated and jumped out of bed and found myself running 20 metres down the corridor before I stopped and realised it. SO I took another to help. I need to learn more about responsible med adjustment so that I can manage my symptoms. I have been under medicated all my life if I think about it.
Part of me is celebrating tho. i really never thought I would make it til my baby was 25, but it happened.
I reread your opening posts again, cos my minds a bit flakey atm.
It is sad that there are so many kids with troubles and caring teachers are worth their weight in GOLD. It is very tragic when a young person takes their life. I have been buffetted by that one a few times, but still here.
Caring for you seems to be priority now.

Hi @Appleblossom, sorry to hear you are struggling too. My children do keep me going through all of this. When I get to that point, like last night, it helps just to watch them and fight through all of this for them.
Giving you lots of hugs and hope you have a good day
