I went for a walk this morning @Snowie as I needed to clear my head. It was nice down by the water and then I had breakfast with a few friends.

Its so good to see you on the forum @NatureLover and I hope today goes well for you.

Your knee must be going in the right direction too if you were able to go for your walk.
