The physio just came and now I’m using crutches instead of the wheelie walker!! I feel a bit younger using crutches lol.

yesterday I felt really down and was able to chat to the surgeon about my mood. She said it was quite normal and not to worry too much. She was so encouraging…such a relief today being able to move around more freely.
