How do know I'm high?

Re: How do know I'm high?

Trying to work out if you're high is hard.  Women will tend to feel more anxious as a part of their high.  I personally become more spiritual, spend more, desire to go into town on a whim and 'just meet people' and I might go so high that I become paranoid.  I think it's important to work out what your triggers are, for example, I can't be alone too much or I start to get too manic.  Other events such as breakups can set me right off, or a new job or course I'm starting might make me feel extra jolly.  A lot of that takes experience to know, and being off any medications too.
