Hi @Shaz51 @CherryBomb @Former-Member @BlueBay @Angels333 long time no Friday Feast for me. My computer was out of action and I had a total mental block about getting it fixed. I didn't want to admit it but I also had Macca's for dinner! But did a yummy vego pizza last night that I finished at lunch time. Would love to hear how you do 'curly' baked potatoes.

Hi @CherryBomb....
I can't do any of the arm balances!! Sometimes she puts 3 in the one class & then I feel extra frustrated with myself. I also can't do the wheelbarrow. This yoga instructor is the best I've ever had, but also takes the most challenging classes. I used to find downward dog challenging in 2014 - now we sometimes do downward dog 10 x in a class! I injured myself the other week - I don't know what the pose was called - it was pidgen, but also reaching back to the other leg - I had to take anti inflammatries for a few days.
Namaste,
A

Hi @Shaz51 - about the giving up the job or not. It might be helpful to weigh up the consequence and then decide which one you would prefer in the long time. For instance, if you decided not to do the job I presume that mean less income, but your hubby's mental health might improve. If you decided to continue the job, then you might be financially better, but hubby's MH might decline.
Hey @Former-Member, check out Kino McGregor's clips on youtube, she gives some really good tips. I'm still struggling with dropbacks. I'm told that this can take up to year - even with daily practice. I've definitely gone through periods of feeling like I'm getting it, and then it falls apart the next day. Such is life...

Hi @Shaz51....
It sounds like you work quite a bit cleaning houses... I think it would be best to give up one job if you can afford to - do you get a carers & disability pension also?
Hi @eth - good to 'see' you again
Homemade pizza is good - Maccas is evil!
What is happening @Angels333?
Thanks @CherryBomb

I think it has a lot to do with the customer , so I don`t know weather to say something to her about it or will it just be going around again
