I've had worst sleep.
Is it possible to be anxiety maxed out?

What's anyone's idea on repetatitve thought?

Been busy, doesn't help to keep clear.
Maybe it's time of year.
My boys dad is being a nuisance again.
I've never met a more difficult person to deal.

I think I felt same, got to the point of no return.
I sometimes feel depression plays a big part. I know I'm in it, but to feel better just doesn't happen quickly. I'm usually good on diverting myself, well sometimes without choice..😱..but yep picking up, what your putting down on it.😊
Oh no re: @ Bridget 😞..I felt Christmas was going to be a massive struggle on top of her other feelings
It's a tough time of year to get through and how we make it through, is how we make it through, no matter who says it should be.

Ah a house sounds great @TAB...perfect you have loads to do...houses eeekk never ending. Anything I do daily comes undone pretty quickly!
Well I better get busy before my day has seen me 'ginnin' around as my partner says I do!!
Found a few bargains at op shop. Was stoked!!
I do afternoon coffee...I'm hoping some tests come back all good.
I think it contributed to non sleep.
