@TAB if anyone was going to get it, it would be you.
You are incredibly intelligent. You do things effortlessly. I wish I had your stamina.

That sounds really lovely @StuF are you guys still catching up or was this a once off? Always good to hang out with old friends. I'm being careful with my gum. Just following all the recommended aftercare. Hopefully I will be allright. Sounds like you have some good colleagues in your current job. You always meet nice people in caring professions generally because they care about people! There are exceptions. But generally speaking that is the case

@Glisten @ TAB in weird mode lately had less drinks last 6 weeks than usually have in a week, and thats really good week..
did 23 days straight, ok slipped a few times since but averaging every 11th day or so as opposed to min 5x /week. as said to @StuF back seems a lot better re walks now (?).. and lots more $ although am investing that in speeding fines and weight loss drugs lol
Got working w children check ✔️
applying for police check ✔️ ( done many times b4 for mines so know it will be okay )
applied for couple of jobs as trainer ✔️
going to apply for couple more shortly ✔️ I have given up on home improvements for time being though. my 2 grosse lisse tomato plants are booming and got like 6 toms each atm, some near normal size lol
Got 2 more trips for course and its ALL OVER RED ROVER ..
got referral to new cardiologist for ablation now. appt is this week
shirts starting to fit a bit better. just need to get back to gym and pool, ha ha , maybe pump tyres up on bike lol. no more course work to do from end on nov,had bare min last month as has been group exercises on assessment in class mainly, so 'homework' is tidying what did in class up and submitting as much as anything.
