Hey there @Appleblossom
Ahh, sorry to hear that you have had a challenging morning today. Is there anything that you could do tonight to make you feel a bit better? I'm feeling a bit burnout and needing some self-care tonight. Should we do some together?

Hey @TAB ! Sounds like a productive day for you! We had an intense storm here the other day which blew for about 15 mins and then back to sunshine. Super crazy but I didn't mind it. The pets didn't seem to like it though, poor things.

That's a bit of a leap @TAB - admirable but don't overdo it. Glad strapping helps. Your pharmacy might have a heel/ankle brace thing which is easier to do yourself.
Sorry you've had a trying day @Appleblossom, it happens.
Had my last psychology session before Xmas today, now there's a long break. Hope I can weather the choppy seas between now and then, it's not looking promising.
Feeling virtuous atm, I walked a fair distance to hand deliver a journal the postie left at the wrong address.

Ah dear... storms there ... storms here ... they are everywhere. @TAB
@StuF Terrible news about the Qld siege. There would be a big back story.
@amber22 That is probably a good idea. Whats your plan? I got triggered totally unexpectedly after a computer network failure. Went back later, and poor manager got it, nothing directly to her, I am always careful, but muttered about ought ta be sueing Pell. I did apologise, need to go back again if I want the sale. I had worked their previously about 12 years ago.

@Appleblossom Oh that is totally understandable that you got triggered. To be honest I think it is so admirable how self-aware you were when you knew you were triggered, and you were able to go back and apologise. That is such a great step you did. I hope that you have taken some time to rest yourself after that, it would have been a lot to deal with at once ❤️
I'm not sure what I should do. I might have a bath and a read of my book later. I feel like I need to try fill my cup back up slowly. I have neglected my self-care recently and definitely feeling it! I will try go for a big walk tomorrow if it's not as hot as today.
