Yes just seeing the new way of life we are seeing @MDT 

The gym is out, coffee meet ups out, I feel like I'm back to being in a relapse but everyone is doing it...weird

Do take good care @MDT   I'm sure you know all the things to do.  I'm guessing where you work is deemed to be essential.

@Valentine  some threads that might be helpful are Coping Box , toolbox , and Re: what’s in your tool box ?   they have a lot of self-care tips and positive activities that people get into.  Do you have a hobby at all?

I suspect that if things get progressively worse then we will be shut down. But time will tell.
I think we will still be running. Just differently.
Something to put on the resume I guess lol.
