yeah well, go by reviews these days guess, buts thats subjective too @StuF If you find a good one, they become very important

@StuF yes some massage can hurt I don't know anything about re: remedial though. I used to have deep tissue massage and that was really painful. It was like Myofascial release or Rolfing to get the constriction out of muscles due to trauma. Once you have it your whole body feels as if you have less armorification of the musculature
