Thanks for sharing that with me @PeppiPatty I hope your visit to your Mum's went well today. Children certainly are a loving challenge sometimes.
I went for 2 swims today.
Have you ever made jam? I am going to attempt it soon as I have an overloaded Fig tree out the backyard.
I guess pimples and boils wouldn't be too nice to live with. I am grateful I don't have those problems, just wrinkles but no grey hairs yet lol

Yeah......wrinkles are appearing..I think I had adult pimples and these huge boils under my chin since the age of about 30 years old.

figs are yummy aren't they?
I save my empty peanut paste jars for someone who makes jams, I dislike cooking because when I turned 40 I was incredibly burnt out and decided I didn't want to cook anymore.
Yes.....the grey hairs we can cope with because we can both pretend we are as cool as Helen Mirren!!

My Mum and I work very hard on our relationship. we both don't understand how the other thinks......there has been years of anger on both sides, unfair and cruel.

Well I am not so good today.
I wrote a little poem to express some of the anxiety that has sneaked up on me and it did help a little. I guess sometimes being trapped with these overwhelming feelings and being all alone with it as onothers do not understand at all. They just make me feel worse.

I picked some figs after I had a swim.
I hope I can still go to work

Yes, I feel poems have made me feel heaps better. I like writing about a dream I've had about a day later.
Can you write your poem?

I find having a timetable for the day helps out. I am working tomorrow as well.

Hey @PeppiPatty I am Helen Mirren! Ooh to have been with Liam Neeson...me, I think I lean more towards, hmmm, Eddie out of Absolutely Fabulous..unfit, over 40 and living large! Except for the drinking and smoking 🙂 I can't handle those activities anymore.. Asthma and hangovers.. Can't do it. 🙂 Has @Loopy been around lately?
@peace I have loved what you have been writing about...without a diary I wouldn't be able to work..I would forget where to go!

In fact I don't know how IDE be without knowing I can have a little time writing hi to my like minded friends! I've been having days of panic attacks and trying to get into 'the groove.......' I've met someone far too soon since breaking up with last partner but that it's not heavy but more like friendship ......... That's good. My relationship with family has been extraordinarily positive. My artwork has been good. I work, I'm learning to pace myself. I really like hearing/ reading from my caring 'sane,' friends.

Love it ! I've been reading your awesome messages to hiddenite@ with your compassion and care ...so accurate and right. I'm personally happily surprised with hiddenite@ bravery. How are the children ? My youngest son is being acting like a typical 20 year old and thinking he is so much cleverer than me, I think it's a faze.
I'm getting addicted to eating whole meal toast with exotic jam like orange jam thinking of peace@ brilliance at making Fig jam. Homemade. Yum. I smile when I read your messages.
