Grateful for train conversations.
On way into to town had an hour chat with a gorgeous young engineer. On way home a chat with young mum and her 3 year old.
Weird feelings yesterday ... when I noticed a lady sit near me in an empty carriage .. shy glances .. not sure whether she wanted to talk .. but I guess I didnt start one up .. maybe next time ... sometimes I feel ...my weirdness is in starting and having great conversations ... so I hope that others do start them ... but they dont much ... but if I start them ... they often respond as if they are grateful to have had the exchange.
Upset that a social worker did the "grateful" thing on me .. minor upset ... she is having time off again ... twould be so nice to have so many holidays and breaks ... in a paid position.

I am glad that my daughter is now too busy with kids and work to travel overseas.
She used to go to Turkey a lot, but they have so many terrorist attacks it is being warned as a dangerous destination. My choir were intending to go in 2 years. I hope and pray it has improved by then.

Today I went to a physio appointment and was struck with relief again by what a decent person he is. We chatted away very comfortably and saw eye to eye on a great many things while he worked on my neck. He knows I wont rush back to him as I am not a person who pulls a muscle and rushes out to see a physio.
He gave me a couple new tricks but also a feeling of being heard. It is his first year out from uni. Some of the young ones are great.

I am grateful for the natural beauty of my garden - giving me a much needed lift when my life feels threatening; reminding me of the good things around me that can flourish when loved. This is my heavenly-scent angel trumpet - the one I told you about once @Appleblossom
