Im very thankful for my .....wonderful husband for understanding the two edged sword of suffering times of mental ill health. And paraphrasing my constant talking and not knowing he is helping me get my layby off Target tomorrow until I wrote it just then .....Supporting and promoting the well-being of mental health carers and their families.

How about that .. we like the same stuff ... I am a bit behind in movies so I let son choose.
As his parents we AGREED and focussed on classics in cinema ... partly because there was less violence than modern flicks and as an education ... I did cinema study tho not a movie buff ....

Dear @Mazarita I am glad you have those positive memories of your father ... I really had to dig to find my positive memories of my father but it made a lot of difference ... when I learned to celebrate them. It changes the feeling that I was worthy of some attention and it wasnt all neglect. Gives me something else to talk about or relate to when others talk.
I am grateful for things I have in common with others.
