Coming to this Safe Room and plonking myself down alongside you @Eve7 😄💖 Hope you dont mind. Decision time aye? Never easy. Are you a pros vs cons list maker?
I have a couple of hours to myself right now. Hubby has gone out to lunch with some of his mates. Been looking forward to this, but now ... all I feel like doing is going back to bed. Sigh. 😔

today after yesterdays business is being spent resting as much as possible, flaked out on the couch before watching a show about organization of peoples closets, maybe cause thats just what I needed to do or because Im trying to basically organize my life different areas, sometimes trying so hard to be social can feel exhausting,I was invited to a picnic today but didnt go cause didnt feel like being out again, felt bad that this might be dissapointing other people but I need to stay home today and I geusss theres still a few people that are needing to be patient with me and I need that people are patient with me,they can keep inviting me and Ill get there maybe not today but another day,in saying that yesterday was still a good day just tireing, just a question does anyone else on here feel at times that when you are socialising so much or at least trying to that you find it hard to relate to others and feel like your brains wanting to shut down cause of anxiety/depression or whatever in social situations? Im not going anywhere today and getting food delivered instead of going out, slept in this morning, had a late breakfast which was technically lunch but still doing my best to eat healthy food as much as I can while still having whatever junk food I want at times, very big pluss yesterday was getting so much excercise by walking, found a great quote today about when I fall and get back up something along the lines of Ill still get back up wether Im crawling, walking or running, latelty Ive been in a way trying to run when I need to walk and crawling when I should be walking in areas of my life but anyway.Im still moving yet still resting
