Seriously this GP was in his 80's @LostAngel  just doing enough hours I think to keep going.  Wish I hadn't have gone. I really didn't expect to get appt. there and then.

i feel I don't have the skills to cope with BP11, PTSD from childhood panic disorder and aspects of paranoia on my own.  I don't have any medical help and I just wanted some answers. Just clutching at straws ATM

Really wanted to try and have a better day today. I had a plan. Morning walk, plant some veggie seedlings we got, do some more unpacking,  some painting and then finish Friday off with pizza and a movie.

instead ive woken with a headache, I can’t walk cause my knee is stuffed and we have to put our cat down. Not even 8am and my little one has already asked 3x if we can get our in the garden. 

The world is just plain against me. Can’t win.

I do. I seem to be loosing friends. Or maybe I'm missing something.

i don't think so. I'm a butterfly. Life doesn't make sense. So friends come in many places. Maybe fleeting.
