@Eve7 Feeling flat and defeated in relation to all that. Divorce is horrible, relationship might be over and cut, but have to continue to deal with his crap, his control and demands and him ruining our lives for years to come. It’s been 3 years of hell, 14 to go! Sigh

physically it’s been a long day. I’ve felt like throwing up all day and my stomachs been in knots and to top it all off have a horrible cold or something. 

I did some painting this morning to try and distract me, but spent the afternoon in bed.

I’m so sorry it’s been such a hard day for you @Bow  I know I can’t fix it for you but I’m here listening and offering gentle hugs and support.

When you say 14 years to go I’m thinking you have a little one to protect. That’s really hard too but there will be good days too that you see through a child’s innocent eyes.

I hope you get some sleep tonight and that tomorrow is just a tiny bit better.

Hi @Maggie yes I did manage to get sleep but not much, I'm determined to have a good morning today despite all that has been going on for me. My son has his first tennis tournament today

Thanks @Eve7  yes I have a little girl, she is the reason I get up every day. I want to protect her more, but services, people, didn’t listen and didn’t care, so I have to let her go.
