Thank you @Former-Member
I survived my first day... just
but I am feeling extremely overwhelmed and feel like I have bitten off more than I can chew
my anxiety levels are thru the roof
I want to cry but I am too exhausted
I want to run away but I am frozen
I want to succeed but fear I am going to fail
My confidence has been shot by my past

Just goes to show what a strong and courageous person you are @Lostandalone
you not only went to work but stayed too!
Take baby steps, one day at a time. You've done this before and can do it again.
Well done⭐️

Absolutely broken. My ex continues to destroy my life. He crushed all my hopes and dreams and pulled us all apart and he keeps taking from me. He steps in every now and then to throw his weight around and makes his demands.
im so smashed and torn apart.
I can’t breath tonight.
I can’t stop crying.
I can’t keep doing this.
Living in uncertainty waiting for his next blow.
he has taken so much
no one understands
no one
cant
dont want to
want it over

Evening @Lostandalone
I'm not up to date but just wanted to check you were ok after first day at new job? It's a brave step. I hope it went ok and that your anxiety didn't take control.
Of late I wonder how I'll ever go back to full time work.
I hope you are ok and rewarded yourself for making the first step back in. 🙂❤️

Hey @Bow,
I'm so sorry that this has happened this evening, sounds like you're reeling and it has plunged you into a pretty dark head space.
We're here with you, and please know you don't have to do this alone. You can always reach out and talk to someone; I have a saying - What's shareable is bearable.
Take care, be gentle with yourself tonight
