Hiya @greenpea
Don't be too disappointed for your Lindt chocolate sin over the weekend. You have been doing so well, that you deserve a bit of chocolate. And if you don't indulge once in a while you will eat way more which is worse.
I have been drinking just over 5 litres of water a day, and going to the toilet every 5 mins which does get annoying lol. Have not had any junk food. Lots of steam vegies for tea and Just Right cereal and yogurt for breakfast. At work on morning tea break just water where I used to have something.
Well back to the water. Good luck everyone in their dieting quest.

Hiya @greenpea
Still going with the water and healthy eating. No junk food. Not really excercising much (other than the walks to and from work, town etc). My knees are not in great shape so I would rather not risk them for the moment.
Not sure if I have lost any weight but I will keep going until my goal date, and see how things are. I don't have scales in my house so can't weigh myself. I just judge by looks lol.
How about you my friend, how are you going with it all?

Good for you @greenpea . and yes we can do it.
Mine water consumption is about 2.2 litres also. (5 bottles of 450ml). I have them numbered so I don't lose track of my count. I think my body is getting used to it as I am not going to the toilet as often as I did when I first started which is great cause that was a nuisance lol.
Craving bad food badly though lol
But I expect that.

Canembert cheese on crackers etc etc but I wil not falter Scarecrowe we have to get through this bit which is the worst bit and once we see the gains it will be easier 🙂
