I think skipping the sugar and other rubbish is a good idea for you @TAB and anyone else that can summon up the will power.. I am usual pretty good with eating, but, when I indulge it tends to be over the top.. The day is going pretty fast so far thanks Tab.
We had a drop or two of rain overnight which has reduced some of the smoke and stench which is nice.
It's been the greyest and shirtiest summer ever here out east. Not much good for ones phsyical or mental well being. If it goes on much longer I think we'll all be going loopy and ga ga lol 🙂
Feeling pretty crappy with myself for having a gasper or two over the weekend, just figured with all the stuff i've been breathing, I might as well get a proper one in. Oh well, back on the straight and narrow now 🙂

@TAB Your quitting is a done deal now.
Hey @Gazza75
I decided on nothing less than Lindt a while ago. I experiment with darker chocs to help me ...lol The confectionary industry is being encouraged to limit portions and sugar content.
I did not go for a walk today. I had written it in diary and it is a good idea. Needed the quiet morning time to let my head and thoughts rest and my breathing ease. Last night I realised I am good at applying structures and following through, but need to get better at trusting me and my body and allowing myself its needs. I do have a lot of chronic headpain. Too much to call a headache and I dont talk about it much, but its there. I have done damage at times cos I pushed myself too hard.
I am looking forward to tomorrow and will be going on Country to see how the mob are coping.

Thanks @TAB it matters that you mentioned it.
I use Financial Year end diaries now. Which work for me as there is a lot of change over in activities and it helps me to plan ahead. I lost one mid year and had to replace it.

Its a 30 year headache @greenpea but when my neck is bad, I dont notice it. So it means my neck is good. Singing helps. Music the med of choice. I am playing more piano atm too. Laid back and Bluesy.
Thanks for caring.
