after working , I dont feel like it either and the dietician wants me to lose weight and to some other changes xx

Ouch @Shaz51. Siatica is so painful. Anything that helps with that pain would be good. Hard to exercise with it though.

 @utopia, yes , we mowed a few lawns before the pain started and hubby wanted to do more and I just could not , so we came home and Hubby fell asleep exhausted

Does Anybody own a GOOD treadmill? A brand you can recommend?. Think I'll go shopping for one this week. There'll be no excuses then...

No sorry I don't have one @Former-Member My Mum does but I don't know what brand it is. I will ask her next time I talk to her. She has had it for a while and uses it regularly so it must be an okay one 👍

I only have an exercise Bike @Former-Member No Treadmill.

I bought it (a cheapie) from K-Mart.

I haven't used it in ages (I should).

@Former-Member  I bought one they advertise on the tv shop. I don’t have it now, because when I moved, I didn’t have room for it. But I found it ok. You can store it if you want, it’s a compact model.

No. A friend wAS yet to meet had very good results with one tho years ago, as in sent pic, went to work on treadmill and I was pleasantly surprised when first met . Sory if gross @Former-Member
