@Bettyboop2I'm sorry that today is a bad one for you. That sounds like a good idea though to take some time off and look after yourself. Hopefully you can also get in to see a psychiatrist soon and find that helpful as well. Just continue to do whatever you feel you need to do to look after yourself and keep yourself safe.
Is it just me (i'm very new to this) but does it sound a bit irresponsible for your Dr to take a month off and not give you someone to contact if you needed it while they're away?! I know you contacted the office, but again, for no one to get back to you seems even more irresponsible to me. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that you can get some answers soon and hopefully start feeling better. In the meantime, we're here for you as always.
