Started the day extremely tired to the point of head on desk while trying to post to the forum. Even two hours later I was still as tired. Then I opened my activities list. This got me going and I then got more done than expected, given how tired I was:
Energy levels improved with activity. Didn't get out of the flat because it was too hot and humid. Hoping for better luck on that tomorrow maybe. All up though, satisfied enough with this day.

Oh wow @Mazarita. That is awesome. Well done you! I had thought about writing here this morning as I was having another low motivation day. It didnβt get any better but youβve just motivated me (now it is cooler) to go and get done what I really need to......empty and clean my car because itβs finally booked in to the mechanic tomorrow.
Thanks for sharing your day and motivating me in the process. ππ€

Awesome, @Teej!
It was @eth who got me going this morning, just by being here to engage my sleepy mind and wake it up enough to open the activity list.
I also just did another job, a nasty one. Luckily C helped. Had to go downstairs into our storage shed and try to find some things to be sent to Melbourne. Of course they were in the last box we checked! Sweat galore at this point!

Thanks for the tags here @Teej @Mazarita I think I'm in need of this thread. Maz your list for yesterday looks quite achievable for me too. I laughed when you said the things you looked for in the shed were in the last place you looked - you wouldn't keep looking after you found them now would you?!

Good morning, @Teej. Awesome work getting the car clean, so pleased it worked out.
Today, just start with one thing on the list, preferably the easiest, just to get you going. Keep your eye on the now and what you can do in this moment only. One activity at a time. You will not get through a vast list so don't worry about that part of it. That just means there will be more good ideas of things to do tomorrow and the day after, etc.

Haha, @eth, you are right. Just about the last place there was to look in the shed is what I meant. Many boxes and bits of junk spilled out onto the garage floor before we got to it.

Oh my, @Teej, that is a big repair bill!!!
If each of the jobs on your list is huge, I would recommend picking first of all the one that is least objectionable. And then breaking it down into smaller components. Then take one component of the job at a time and that only. Then come back here and skite that you have done each small unit. For me that fosters a sense of achievement and also motivates to do the next component. That way you can get through some of it at least, maybe all of one job.
My other suggestion is make the decision on what you are going to do fast. Don't overthink!
