Re: Taking the plunge

Canโ€™t see pic yet @CheerBear , but smiling already. ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ

Is there anything small you can do for you @CheerBear , a phone call, coffee?? A look online pics???

Its a new one, the vacuum. I did some maths, and once postage is added, the saying was not worth it. Iโ€™ve given it a test run, itโ€™s a little gem. The novelty wonโ€™t last, but hope it does till tomorrow. I plan a thorough floor clean.

Re: Taking the plunge

I'm thinking a crocheted chihuahua would look kind of cool next to my crocheted schnauzer @Maggie ๐Ÿ˜Š

I really don't know what could help at the moment. Mr Person called and picked up on my blue-ness. He organised a way for us to spend some time together tonight but I don't feel OK about it. Now I feel worse for saying no. I think it's just a bad day today. I'll get over it.

Glad the vacuum is working and working well by the sound of it. I love it when the floors are clean (something that lasts 0.5 seconds here ๐Ÿ˜œ).

Re: Taking the plunge

Itโ€™s ok to say no @CheerBear  Sometimes alone time is the only thing for the blues. Trying to find a fine face, when you donโ€™t have any energy left, is a tough ask.

I found some pocket hugs for you. A squeeze sometimes helps. Still canโ€™t see pic.

Leaving a coffee here for when your day starts @CheerBear . โ˜•๏ธโ˜•๏ธ

Really hoping for a way gig  can happen today.

Sitting with you. ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿพ

Re: Taking the plunge

Morning @Maggie โค And hi to anyone coming by ๐Ÿ‘‹

Need strong coffee this morning ๐Ÿ˜ด

I sat with the crew and asked them about how we all might work together so i can try and do this today. It's seeming very unlikely but maybe not quite as impossible as yesterday.

How are you this morning?

Re: Taking the plunge

Anything is worth a try @CheerBear , I think the crew are beside you with it. Not quite as impossible as yesterday is a small, positive, achievement. ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž๐Ÿคž

I wonโ€™t be doing vacuuming today. My hands are swollen and achy from yesterday. Unfortunately this controls what I can and canโ€™t do now. I have a few good books, so a quiet one here today. Strong coffee all round today by the sound of things. โ˜•๏ธโ˜•๏ธโ˜•๏ธโ˜•๏ธโ˜•๏ธโ˜•๏ธโ˜•๏ธ

Re: Taking the plunge

I agree @Maggie. I have to try at least.

I'm sorry you're aching today. It's be frustrating to have an idea or a plan and your body have another. Is cleaning helping lady still helping?

My moulds were posted yesterday ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ™‚

Re: Taking the plunge

Itโ€™s worth a try @CheerBear .

Cleaning lady was cancelled over Easter, so itโ€™s a month in between help. She is only here for an hour, so lots of build up in places happens. Iโ€™ve been a clean freak in my day @CheerBear . I can be untidy with craft stuff, but things need to be clean. Anyway, I have to suck it up and do what I can, when I can. Itโ€™s frustrating, but thereโ€™s no other way.

Moulds winging their way to your house. Once you have the powder and moulds, thereโ€™ll be no stopping you. Itโ€™s a small pleasant for today. Hold on the the small.

I found this in my emoji ๐ŸŽณ๐ŸŽณ๐ŸŽณ๐ŸŽณ๐ŸŽณ ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Re: Taking the plunge

I remember you mentioning about cleaning lady now, sorry @Maggie. Tough, especially after it took a little while to be OK with the help. It will be good to have that support again when it starts but hard in the meantime. I hear you with untidy and craft haha!

I am really hoping the powder gets shipped today or I'll be staring at the moulds with nothing to do with them! Very excited about starting them. I have no stones left here now after playing with two more last night.

Something pretty special happened. I don't know if you remember but a while ago (8 months ish) a school mum had an oopsies pregnancy. I saw the way other mums were speaking to her, not seeming to see the despair and the fear she was feeling. We weren't close but I reached out and she took it and we spent quite a bit of time together while she was making the very big decision. I shared my experiences of that kind of fear and despair, and the decisions I'd made both ways, and my belief she could get through either way. It was very much a 50/50 situation for her and ultra hard for a few weeks. She sent pics of the mega squishy squeaky awesomeness that was the result of a decision she ended up being OK with, who arrived within the last day ๐Ÿ‘ถ It was very cool ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ˜Š That was a good moment. Super hard being pregnant or having a baby at the moment, with all the isolation and distancing rules in place ๐Ÿ™

Love that emoji haha. That was designed for you I think! There are some very cool ones now ๐Ÿค“ I like this guy ๐Ÿ‘ป
