Hi Chris,
Thanks so much for that. It looks really helpful. I've ustilised accupuncture and Reilki before, as well as pressure points in massage - and even do my own for my sinuses and lymphatic system. So I am very interested in this, because I can manage to prevent myself from getting quite hideous debilitating sinus infections this way. I also know from first-hand experience how we carry things in our body even when we don't remember them or undertstand them - the truth will out.
Kind regards,
Kristin

CFS as well as OCD and agoraphobia, I don't know if you see it but you are doing amazingly well. Keep up the good work.
I wonder do others here also find it's a common thing to have chronic physical heath issues as well as chronic MI? I have dealt with chronic (and at times crippling) sciatica since I turned 16, same year the depression set in. I only found the link for me 5 years ago.
Cheers,
Kristin

I dont mind sharing knowledge and information. Here are the 2 books:
"Acupressure for emotional healing:a self care guide for trauma, stress and common emotional imbalances.".By Michael Reed.
"Healing with pressure point therapy:simple effective techniques for massaging away more than 100 common ailments." By Jack Forem.
As for the pressure point diagrams, there is 1 site but I'm unable to mention it here.
Feel free to compare notes.
