The red puffy eye effect has been with me for a long time ... since I started crying at around 15. I dont remember crying much before that ... maybe the time they ripped me off mum and took me into the welfare ... thats all... mostly I am just quiet. When my dad died I didnt go to the funeral as they all seemed too happy and it was more of a party and none of them had ever show real care of my father so I refused to go. The a few years later I teared up at the funeral of the father we went to with the school to stand by a class mate. I dont know if my loss was ever acknowledged at school ... anyway ... they were early triggers of tears.
Then in at about 23 I learned in therapy .. there was a school of thought that valued the expression of tears ...
