it was fun.... I talked and was my usual very social self. Gave positive feedback.....
My elephant picture is almost finished. This is for a friend who has been very very kind to me.
Came home and back to Mr growly. It's been very difficult and been disrupting my mental health.
Mr Buddhah just started winging away....I couldn't stand it. We are going to visit his Dad this week and I can have a break and get my assignment done.
Does anyone get the:
You tell your partner their behavior is not right. They arc up and go on a and on about how they are not doing it.
It's exhausting staying still and listening and responding in a clear way?
The Truth About Getting Fit is on ABC tomorrow night. I''m going to watch it.

Lovely to see you are painting again @PeppiPatty The elephants are great. Keep with the study and space from growling. When people get defensive and in denial about a behaviour, I think it can be useful to remove yourself and focus on productive stuff. Often they mau not be able to take it in for a while, to gain control over it. Its delicate but with space and persistence hope it imporves. Eventually he ought to twig if he is trying.
Thanks for your friendship Bella.
@Mazarita Its nice that your front teeth are fixed. How many more appointments do you have?
I have one more filling and then I can put off the rest of the work til next year, but I am looking into splints for night grinding and taking more seriously the level of physical agitation and anxiety I can get into. Putting more boundaries up about what I do with my time.
Today son & I ticked off 4 things on the list.
@greenpea Your son sounds cute ... but I guess its not like that all the time.

@Appleblossom He is cute but at 7foot in height when the voices are raging and the mood is swinging badly he is not cute .... he is scary. On a brighter note he is doing well at the moment and I can't ask for more than that 🙂 xxxx
