Hi Jacques
Thanks for the hug, I really need one.
Last week my psychiatrist took me off one of the anti depressants I was on, also the anti psychotic. I'm really struggling. I've been on and off so many different meds in such a short time. I can notice the difference.
My mum told me today it's the worst she's ever seen me. That's saying something....

Oh no, i wish their where some way for me to make you feel better, it is so hard changing meds, especially so many over such a short space of time, all you can do is stay safe i suppose, i hope you mum gives you some support, it will make a big difference.
Karen make sure if you get negative thoughts you call lifeline or come here and talk things through. Hang in their Karen, i am only to happy to support you, give you a shoulder to lean on.

Hi Karen,
I’m so sorry to hear you’re struggling today. Changes in medication can have horrible side effects and can increase suicidal ideation - it's really important to report this to your psychiatrist as soon as possible.
I have just sent you an email as I'm concerned for you at the moment.
I know you don’t believe it right now, but you do deserve help, and it’s the crisis services that are best placed to help you through this distress.
Lifeline: 13 11 14 or Crisis Chat
Suicide call back service: 1300 659 467 or online counselling
Will you contact one of the organisations above?
Thinking of you tonight.
Nik
