I have known a guy for 4 weeks, he is a nice down to earth caring guy. Things where going great we where talking heaps we expressed that we liked each other. We did up becoming very close one night.
But suddenly he sends me a message saying that he likes me and thinks I'm great but instead of stuffing me around he said he isn't ready for someone else and sorry for the mixed feelings.
I feel like i have just been used, he says he would never do that and that it won't be a permanent thing and that he isn't seeing anyone else but I don't know I feel like something isn't sitting right.
I would appreciate any ones thoughts

Hey @Gracie2
It's tough hey when people say they are on the same page as you and then they change the narrative at the last second. I think if you you can feel that something isn't sitting right then listen to yourself. Some people are hot and cold, and they don't really know what they want...is that something that you are ok to entertain or is that something you want to avoid? You describe him as a down to earth caring guy so hopefully he would understand if you weren't ok with someone running hot and cold.
