they checked it @Sans911@Former-Member@Former-Member@Former-Member
they said it looks ok, mightve been abit of build up blood underneath the skin and all that movement today and maybe abit too much overreaching as i done the horses and done a few things today mightve just expelled it. they changed the dressing but if it continues to bleed as it has then see my gp or come back to the medical centre for another further check. but they said i need to be more careful- story of my life lately!

We posted at the same time @outlander. Glad it is nothing serious so maybe you should take their advice and rest it. Your sisters should be back at school tomorrow shouldn't they? If so you can get some rest during the day.
I know you have been struggling today too, so thanks for your support today. Just lost it, again!

@outlanderI know you have said before that you don't think your psych is doing much for you. Do you think it can improve or do you need to see if you can find another psych to work with. I think it's important that you have as much support in your corner as possible.

@outlanderfirstly lets talk here, I am getting confused going from my thread to yours!!!
No you are right, it shouldn;t be like this. It isn't fair. Its carppy and totally unfair. I look at other people and think why can't I have your life, no complications, no past trauma, etc, etc, etc.
And I havent got an answer for that, I don't think any of us. We just have to try and deal with the crappy stuff we have been dealt with

@outlander,good news, but yo should be only a few days away from being able to return to horses.
Walking is the only thing that has kept me sane and alive besides my pictured Burnaby past five years, can you think of something like it or got good walking tracks around?Plus it would help with the weight due to drugs.
If the "stupid psych" gets too much, just make something up to see the look on her face lol! Probably would be the most helpful of any therapy to put a smile on your face!
