Yeah i know it ok if i dont do much but if i cant do much physically then i need to do something mentally otherwise i just sit around and my thoughts take over. Id rather be doing something. I finished .my last assessment on saturday and i find out results sometime today or tomorrow.
Im pretty sure todays psych seasion will be just telling how ive been instead of trauma work. She knew i had the kids but not the second surgury. So itll prob just be a debrief session.
