@Former-Member I am so sorry for your loss and I hope that you were able to spend time with your husband until the end. He wouldn't of wanted anyone else there, his witness and life partner. Go gently with yourself today and keep people around. There can be lots of activity leading up to a funeral and then its really hard coming to terms with the quiet that is left in its place, when you will miss his presence.
Big bear hugs Corny

I am so sorry to hear of the sad passing of your Mr Darcy @Former-Member
He is now free of pain and suffering. May he rest in peace.
Its two weeks today, since my own Mr Emelia passed away.
So I am sitting with you in shared sorrow and grief.
Emelia 🌹

I didn't know that your husband died @Emelia8 , I haven't kept up with reading all the threads and what is happening in people's lives. I am sorry for your loss and it is still very fresh. I hope that you had support at the time and still have people not too far away to check in on you and some formal supports such as a therapist if you can afford it. From memory your brother isn't too far away. Just take it day by day and be gentle on yourself if you can, Corny
