@soul  you are channelling me again!  you have no idea how manytimes I have said "I never would have thought my life would turn out like this"  nobody I knew back then has any idea how it did, they still can't quite believe it either.  and yes.. if only we could turn back time...  I see it all so clearly now..  but I had to live it to learn it, unfortunately.

Re: Topic Tuesday // Mindfulness and CBT for carers // 21 March, 7 - 9pm AEDT

@Socks There are a few ways that you can access CBT support.

1)Clinical face to face support: you can find your local psychology clinic

2) You can also access online CBT support via https://thiswayup.org.au/

3) There are also group courses that you can attend. In Sydney, University of Sydney provides a 8 weeks course called Change Your Thinking. You can check it out here: https://cce.sydney.edu.au/course/CYTH

4) A really good book on CBT by the facilitator and psychologist-Sarah Edelman called [Change your thinking] also provides a very comprehensive background on CBT. You can access it here: http://www.booktopia.com.au/change-your-thinking-sarah-edelman/prod9780733332241.html?source=pla&gcl...
