Just a suggestions, some forums send say a daily email with notifications, collating all replies/comments your posts have received. Individual emails could get a bit hectic for regular users. It looks good overall though!

I think you can actually do that...
Try going to your profile by clicking your username & then "My Settings" (right hand corner). Theres a tab at the top called Subcriptions & Notifications. A new tab at the top called "Notification settings"
Scroll down to "Email Notifications"
I believe if you change the settings to "In a Daily Digest" it should do that. If you pick that for each option, I think it would collate it all in one email.
