@CherryBomb Your picture of cookie monster made me giggle a lot  @Shimmer @CherryBomb I'm not sure if I've solved the problem or not. It seems to be working now...but when I sussed out how to clear cookies, it turns out that I did actually do that the other day when I cleared the cache (whatever the heck a cache is ). So it seems like I unknowingly cleared the cookies the other day (the box is ticked by default) and it didn't work, but now it has. Maybe my computer was just super full of cookies...kind of like my tummy is sometimes  Anyway, can you please say thank you to Mr clever IT dude for me. I will let you know if the problem comes back.
