@Fenegyerek hi there and welcome! I am in WA as well, so is @Glisten and @PeppyPatti among others, although we are in Perth.
I have lived in Broome, Kalgoorlie and Geraldton as well and understand about remote locations not having great medical support as I used to work for Telstra, looking after the rural and remote customers.
I hope you get something out of the forums.
I am 57, female and live with my brother and 2 cats, Mal aka Mr MurderMittens and GypsyMonroe.
I hope your day treats you well ๐

And @Fenegyerek so is @Meowmy but I have also forgotten whoโs from Perth oh thatโs right @Bill16 too.
im actually eating a box of chocolates that are very selfishly showing me their gleam of light on top of their fine chocolate shapes.
very unfair. I must eat.

@SoftGlimmer hi there. Like @MissGremlin said, I have 2 furbabies, Mal and Gypsy. They are known as MM (Mr MurderMittens) and GypsyMonroe.
MM is a red point Ragdoll and GyosyMonroe is a Ragdoll cross who knows (her mother escaped and had an affair with a local boy who quickly disappeared when he found out he was a dad!!)
The last photo is of my Border Collie, Kelly. She passed away back in 2011 at 13. I don't think I'll ever get another dog as Kelly was so special no other pup would measure up to her.
I am so sorry for your loss, I grieved more over Kelly than I did my own father - I got more from my relationship with my dog than him sad to say.
If you are comfortable doing so I'd love to hear more about your beloved furbaby xoxo

Love seeing furrbabies. My own cats have brought me so much comfort over the years. Is there a specific place on here where people share pictures of their furry family members?

Hi, I have just joined this. I'm not too sure of how it all works, yet. I'm a full time carer to my two adult sons.

Heyโฏ@Amethyst007 ,โฏ
A warm ๐ welcome and thanks for sharing your experiences with the community!
โฏ
Sounds like you have a busy schedule being the full time carer for your adult sons๐ฟ
It takes courage to share your experiences with the community, and you are being really brave reaching out to your peers.โฏ
Do you have any particular questions about how it all works here? You might like to check out โก๏ธ this post which explains more about how it all works!

@MissGremlin thanks beautiful. Mal is particularly good looking and yes he does get annoyed when I smoosh him and kiss him. He tolerates it. Just! He is definitely not one who fights, being a ragdoll he is very laid back. He is lying on his back beside me at the moment, his front paws are curled up and one of his back paws is pointing straight up. Unlike a lot of cats he doesn't mind a belly rub.
I think your Indy is pretty adorable too ๐
