How are you today? I hear that things have been pretty hard for you the last few days. 

Any improvements?

1. My anxiety is up there
2. Breathing is hard
3. Cigarette smoke causes my throat to close and increases my anxiety due p to lack of oxygen
4. I've taken my inhaler
5. I didn't expect the infusion to make me so emotional
6. I was brave this morning, I was open and asked for help
7. I'm proud of me
8. I get coffee soon
9. I still laugh at hitting the guy in the crutch, serves him right for standing so close
10. I also have dreams of burning Santa... I won't do it though...
11. I don't like what Christmas has become...
12. It was easier to get up this morning
