The University of Technology Sydney is conducting research to learn more about how the forums support you to make decisions in your caring role. Our aim is to identify what encourages decision-making, so that we can strengthen those things and deliver a better service for carers.
Whether you are a frequent member or occasional visitor, your insights are valuable and will support SANE’s own learning and practice. Participation in this online survey is voluntary, will take around 15 minutes to complete, and your information will only be used for research purposes and not identifiable in any reports. This will qualify you to go in the draw to win 1 of 20 Westfield $50 vouchers.
Many thanks
