Conscious Mindfulness // an Online Community Event // Tues 31st March, 7-8pm AEDT

Hey there wonderful carers - our next online event will be Tuesday the 31st of March and is a slightly different approach to the usual. This event is a one hour mindfulness event that I think will have an incredibly positive impact on those of us managing an overwhelm of carer tasks and concerns Heart I hope this serves as a safe space for you all to take a moment's reflection away from the busyness of everyday life.
