Thank you, appreciate the welcome. I'm new to this forum and Open Arms, but not to the DVA service - I was well acquainted with VVCS ( for family members ) 

Got abit going on like we all do. I thought I was past what happened during my formative years - dad was in 'Nam............, I've been having a good career and all that stuff - but then it all caught up with me in one hit. Just hoping the little perspectives I've had might be a small help to anyone else.
