After a particular trigger at the start of this week I've been angry about everything and feel like taking my anger out on random things.
I'm feeling alone with everything and don't have the energy to engage with other people and their stuff or with lighthearted convos.
I would like to feel less alone but can't commit to replying here.

Hi @TheVorticon - hearing you that there's a lot of emotion happening for you, and I can imagine it would have taken a lot of strength to reach out here tonight, when even responding feels like too much.
The community is here for you. I am wondering what might be helpful for you in feeling less alone tonight?

Thanks @holdinghope5 I guess just the fact that you replied is helpful.
I just need to convince myself to go to bed now for tonight.

Mate, I've been in a similar place for a while - gosh it's frustrating draining. I found the worst thing is being self conscious that I'm angry and lone, which makes me more angry.
I caught some advice that helps me abit - that it's okay to feel how you feel, don't be upset with yourself for feeling negative emotions at this time. I'm working on this new thing of approaching my feelings with curiosity and just sitting with them for a bit - instead of being upset at myself for having them. The whole thing is strange to me but it seem's to take the edge off.
How did you pull up today mate ?

Hey @Elwarra, thanks for sharing your experiences with the community!
Sounds like you are going through a tough time at the moment and also finding ways to cope with these thoughts and feelings. It's really brave to be vulnerable with the community and also heartwarming to share your experiences with your peers.
Thanks again!

@TheVorticon good question the anticonvulsant is good in the sense that i am calmer and at peace but in saying that i cant cry anymore. i miss not being able to cry but if i had to choose between raging and being an emotional rollercoaster or being a bit numb give me numb any day. xx
