I’m going to cook my own meals when I get home @Snowie but I haven’t decided what yet as I’m not keen to go shopping.
I haven’t decided an appointment with my own pdoc on Monday and I’m looking forward to that. I’ll also clean out my wardrobe.
It’s great that you have been able to stick to your plan. Well done you!

Urgh shopping @Eve7! Can you do click and collect at all?
I really wish Aldi did it.
Cooking your own meals sounds nice. Nothing like some home cooked food. You can decide what you want for yourself.
I'm glad you've got an appointment with your own pdoc. Hopefully it can help you too.
I'm not sure about you but things like cleaning out my wardrobe always is so satisfying for me. It's like cleaning out my linen closet. Never want to start but when I do it feels so good!!

I like a nice tidy wardrobe @Snowie and I really need to cull big time.
I’ll go to the market on Saturday morning and then the butcher.
What are you doing tomorrow?
yesterday
Hi @Eve7
Ect day again today. Second last one in there. I hope it went ok hon.
Not long to go now.
Dropped car of to get a service, went and saw gp, did some food shopping and home. Phew, I think I might just camp out on the couch now!!
Any groups on or just a chill afternoon?
yesterday
Such a busy morning @Snowie ! You sure are ticking boxes this year.
ECT was early so I went to two groups and am now relaxing in my room. I have a discharge planning meeting tomorrow and finish ECT on Friday before I go home.
yesterday
@Eve7 Boxes are being ticked but I worry too. Always a low after the high. Last time I was like this I ended up in hospital. Trying to stay on top of things is exhausting.
Thats good about the meeting tomorrow. Hopefully they can put in some support for you when you are discharged.
How are you getting home? Is it far from your house?
yesterday
I don’t think you’ll end up in hospital @Snowie I think you’ll end up in Japan on the ski slopes.
In holiday traffic I am about dan hour from the hospital. S1’s partner will pick me up and she’ll also take me in for surgery . I think I’ll continue to see the mh nurse with hospital in the home.
Take care hon 💜
yesterday
I'm hoping that is the case @Eve7
Going to do everything in my power to go.
Thats good that S1's partner can help you out on Friday and also for your surgery. Better than having to catch a taxi/uber.
I hope you can continue to see the MH nurse. I think it's important that they don't just stop the care. Hopefully you get someone nice and understanding.
yesterday
I’ll be here to support you every day until you fly out @Snowie and I really hope this trip is healing for you.
I’ll get the same nurse I’ve been having so I’m happy about that.
yesterday
Thanks @Eve7 That support goes both ways hon.
Thats good that you can have the same nurse. At least you already know them and don't have to start all over again.
