@Snowie I’ve been sick but I think I’m doing better than yesterday. It seems my whole family got sick. I’m a bit cranky but not sure if that’s just illness, I also went cold Turkey off one of my meds for 12 days 🤦🏻‍♀️. I restarted last night. I just didn’t have access to get it earlier.

Sorry to hear you've been sick @creative_writer and the rest of your family too. Hopefully you are over the worst and can start to improve.

Glad you are back on your med. Going cold turkey can certainly have an effect on our mood.

@Snowie I literally have no appetite. Squeezing in dinner feels hard. I feel too tired and weak to even eat.

The crankiness hit the most day before yesterday. I just feel tearful. But I’m not going to let it show, my brain tells me “I’m better off alone in my pain”.

I hope Chrissy wasn’t too stressful for you 💖
