Well done @Eve7 on cooking. You should be really proud of yourself. Sometimes those simple things can be such a big step forward for us.
Chicken and Potato Bake sounds yummy. Might have to steal the recipe!
We had Chicken Satay with rice. Put it all in the slow cooker this morning and then done at tea time. I love my slow cooker!!
I hope your pdoc appt. goes well hon. Have psych tomorrow (on telehealth) Would rather it in person.

Hey @Snowie I hope your psych appointment goes well.
I’ll do my St Patrick’s day Irish stew in the slow cooker on Monday. My grandmother was Irish ☘️ so thats why we do it but said grandmother left us a bureaucratic muddle with her legacy. My grandparents bought a cemetery plot for 15 people but didn’t put it in their wills.
There’s been a change in which govt has responsibility for cemeteries so we have to provide our grandparents wills, death certificates and birth certificates then pay a transfer fee just so mum can be buried next to Dad!!! Talk about bureaucratic red tape!!
Sorry you probably don’t need to read all this nonsense..
I hope tomorrow goes well for you.

My pdoc was lovely, kind and supportive @Snowie but I don’t think she quite understands that a crisis doesn’t always happen in busiiness hours. She has also added a new med that my chemist doesn’t keep on hand. Oh well.
Today is nearly over. Sending lots of love ❤️

Hopefully your chemist can get the med in for you @Eve7 Last thing you want to do is hunt around for your meds.
Glad you could see your pdoc. If only a crisis could be 9 to 5!

Yes chemist says he’ll have it tomorrow @Snowie
I also saw the knee surgeon and he was happy with my progrss so that was good news.
Do you have anything on tomorrow?

@Eve7 good news about your knee. Hopefully that means you can start doing more. Well done for following doctors advice, even though it was hard at times.
Even better that the chemist is getting in your med. Save you from hunting around for it.
Wishing you good times ahead 💗
